HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Please contact us via our contact page or by email at kontakt@huanaday.com, providing your order number and the products you wish to return. We will contact you shortly and check if the return can be processed.
Return shipping costs are NOT covered or refunded by Chasing Cupid. After you request a return or exchange, our customer service team will provide you with further instructions.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN COSTS?
THE CUSTOMER SENDS THE RETURN PARCEL AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
THE REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED USING THE SAME METHOD OF PAYMENT USED FOR THE PURCHASE WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS (UP TO 14 DAYS AT THE LATEST).

HOW TO WASH THE PRODUCT?
Washing instructions: Wash at 30°C with similar colours.
Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not use fabric softener as it may reduce the absorbency of the towel, iron at low temperature only
SHOULD I WASH THE TOWEL BEFORE USE?
There is no such need. You can use the towel immediately upon receiving the product.
